GSBS Faculty
There are 7 participating institutions in The University of Maine's Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. The following is the current list of participating faculty who are participating in showing institution and department affiliation. Where no department is given the institution listed has no departmental structure. Prospective students and newly admitted students can use this list to find possible mentors and/or laboratories for rotations. This list is flexible and if a student identifies a potential mentor from among the faculty at one of the participating institutions arrangements who is not currently on the listcan be made for approval and inclusion. Note: Faculty marked with FG are members of the Functional Genomics Ph.D. program. The Functional Genomics program is now administered under the GSBS but it pre-dates the GSBS, currently receives separate funding from NSF and operates with its own curriculum, degree requirements and faculty.
